Imagine a journey to the Emerald Isle that fulfills all that you've dreamt about...  An epic journey that takes the best of all three Quantum Tours' Ireland and combines them into one grand experience.    Together we'll discover all four ancient kingdoms of Ireland; Munster, Leinster, Ulster and Connaught; as well as the 1000-year-old capital cities of Dublin and Belfast.  This is the best of ancient Ireland, as well as the present.

This is the Irish journey you’ve dreamt about…

Won't you join us, Todd and Pattie Mullane-Vogel as we circumnavigate the entire island , joining all the best of Ireland into one Grand Tour!

We've combined all of our previous guests favorites as well as our own into a comprehensive tour of this enchanting isle like no other.  The tour will primarily focus on four themes:  Natural Ireland including fascinating geology, stunning scenery, the flora and fauna; Irish History, both ancient as well as contemporary; Magnificent notable Gardens; and intriguing Castles and Stately homes.

Before we leave Dublin we'll enjoy Helen Dillons' world-famous, Urban Garden and then head South through the garden of all Ireland, County Wicklow to the perfect Palladian mansion, Russborough.  Following then to the resplendent garden of Mt. Congreve, reputed to have the worlds largest plant collection!  Continuing toward Waterford we'll visit the Dunbrody famine ship exhibit at New Ross and on to the 12th C. Lismore Castle and its mature gardens.  We'll visit, high on the bluff overlooking Kinsale Harbour, the formidable Charles' Star-shaped Fort, the finest existing 17 C. fortification of its kind in the EU.

Highlighting the journey to the West will be a horse-drawn cart ride through the Gap of Dunloe in Killarney, and driving the Dingle Peninsula with its myriad ancient sites.  We're now in a Gaeltacht, a vestige of the Irish language, and the sole language of the Blasket Islanders.  Beehive huts, famous movie locations, and ancient churches await us here.  Then we're on to the geological wonders of Ireland, the 600-foot-high Cliffs of Moher, the ancient moon-scaped Burren, and later the intriguing basaltic columns of the Giants Causeway in the North.   We'll have good "craic" (conversation) with a Connemara mountain sheep farmer, and have tea at the Guinness' Ashford Castle where many celebrities have been married. Ancient Ireland, punctuated by the Ceide Fields, Carrowmore Megalithic Cemetery, the Poulnabourne Dolmen, and Newgrange remind us of Ireland's unforgettable antiquity.  Enjoying a wee drop at Bushmills Distillery, a visit to Belleek Pottery, and tours of Belfast and Derry highlight our visit to the North before returning to Dublin and our farewell dinner.

"Our trip far exceeded our expectations," and, "this trip was most memorable because it was so well organized and executed, and our guides, Todd and Pattie were very caring and concerned that we were all happy...with such a small, affable group, it spoiled us from ever wanting to join a large tour group."
